Theta Zeta Chapter | Washington and Lee University

Campus & Community Involvement

While our members enjoy pursuing leadership within our chapter, many of our members get involved in other groups on campus and in the community. Our chapter loves attending the District Leadership Conference and has recently hosted international advisor, Ms. Sherry.

One of our sisters is on the Executive Committee, the student government body that rules over the honor system at W&L. One of our sisters is the Director of Communication for Mock Convention while another is the General Secretary. One of our sisters is president of the Hamilton Society, a organization that sponsors debates on our campus. Two of our sisters are editors of the Ring Tum Phi, the school newspaper. And one of our sisters is a leader for the Campus Kitchen team, a local non-profit that helps to feed those in the Rockbridge area. Many of our sisters are involved in sport teams and are captains.

Our sisters also participate in Relay For Life, Student Society and the Arts, Peer Counselors, W&L University Choirs, W&L Wind Ensemble, Arts League, Gender Action Group, Engineers Without Borders, Peer Tutors, Mock Trial, inGeneral, Jubilee, Young Life, and Community for Financial Freedom.
